You agree to use ViroTool only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use this service to:

• Generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Create spam, scam content, or clickbait designed to deceive viewers
• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or overload our servers
• Use automated bots or scripts to send bulk requests

3. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by ViroTool is created by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). While we strive for quality output:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or quality of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing
• You own the content you generate — we make no ownership claims over it
• AI can make mistakes — always fact-check generated content

4. Usage Limits

Free users are limited to 3 generations per day to ensure fair access for everyone. This limit resets at midnight. We reserve the right to change these limits at any time.

5. Disclaimers

ViroTool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Any loss of revenue or business resulting from use of this tool
• YouTube channel suspensions or demonetization
• Copyright claims on AI-generated content
